COMMERCIAL RATED THERMAL BREAK WINDOW STYLES & COMBINATIONS:
Double Hung Tilt: Tilt sashes for safe, easy cleaning of top and bottom sashes. Ideal for Residential and light Commercial applications.	Double Hung Non-Tilt : Side-load, high-performance window. Ideal for multi story commercial projects where high strength structural integrity of window frame is essential.	Slider: Easy gliding sashes from side to side. Idea for opening with a larger width than height.
Fixed/Picture: Stationary window that does not open. Can be used in combination with all other window styles. In a large opening a fixed/picture window can be used to make up space. For example, a Double Hung on each side of a fixed/picture window in an opening 8 feet wide.	Patio Sliding Doors: Sliding glass doors with safety glass allow for easy exit and entrance into a home patio, terrace, balcony, etc.	Dual Tilt / Tilt and Turn Window: Can open by turning handle and swinging sash open. The same sash can be opened from top by turning handle in a different direction and sash will tilt in, as known as a dual action window.
