"We had been looking for a window company to replace the 19 windows in our brownstone for over a year. Window-Fix® had actually done several repairs on our windows in the past, and we had been impressed with the work as well as the professional staff that did the work. During the last repair, I asked if they replaced windows, and to my surprise they did. Mr. Ernie Cappello, CEO of the company, promptly came to the house, took measurements and gave me a price quote within a day. Mr. Cappello worked with us and the requirements dictated by the Landmark Society, to find the right windows and plan for installment. He also worked with us on making sure we qualified for the New York Energy Star Home Performance program, which guaranteed both the Federal Tax and the NYSERDA credits. Mr. Cappello and his staff made window installation look easy. They are experts! And in addition to that they are kind, thoughtful and super nice... all of them!!!! They cleaned up after each day of work, and hauled away all the old windows and debris.
